Change the functionality of the library menu when the player needs to resume a lesson

If a player is to resume a current lesson, it doesn't block you from starting tutorials from the library when you click them, it just resumes your current one. It would be better if it blocked this and told them to complete their current one first otherwise the menu doesn't do what it says it will.
