Explain off-the-shelf SGD example and add regression

The off-the-shelf SGD example could use further explanation -- covering layer and solver details -- and also take on multivariate regression to address this common question. It could feature Python solving too.
#1698 will do the full job of explaining rich output prediction and learning.
