When Click sign nothing happens

hello im on 1.12 and everytime i try click the sign and the first line is Airship nothing happens. when i look in the folder of movecraft it only says localisation folder and config so I made a folder manually called types and put the airships example in there and when I reloaded the minecraft server nothing happened either
