Hi! I have Bailador based application which I'd like to distribute to CPAN. I am not sure how can I do this, especially that I have views/ folder.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

This is just my idea, not sure if it actually works: Bailador itself shipps also files in the resources/ directory. You can have a look at the META6.json file as well. I'd say you can configure the view folder to resources/views/ so it should be able to be packed for cpan?

Hi @ufobat ! As far as I know Perl6 resources are accessible through %?RESOURCES<resource-name> which works fine for files, but not for directories. My knowledge is limited though ...

you're probably right. do you have a better idea?
a not so good idae would be to include a tar file into resources that gets temporarly extracted...

@melezhik, have you found a solution for that problem?

Hi Martin! Not yet. It's no rush, but it'd be useful, then I could distribute Sparky web component through the CPAN.

I am aware of that, but does that work with bailador templates? If there is any way to configurae Bailador application to look for template path in %?RESOURCES<foo> ? I am not sure if it would work because %?RESOURCES<foo> does not return a file path, but handler ? ( my assumption )
