Store messages for offline nicks and play them when user comes online

Can you please be more descriptive about this requirement? Because any nicknames can be chosen by anyone and there is no guarantee that same nickname is chosen everytime.

Good point, for this we'll have to use nickserv so that users can register their nick, and then we can work on the feature of showing unread messages to registered users when they come online.

Most of the IRC users register their nicks, since we have some new IRC users in #bangalore.pm who are not aware of registering process so we'll have to teach them a bit, which we can do via mailing list or by adding more text in "welcome message".
