Deprecate jsonz?

When there's so many other well maintained json libraries out there, and particularly circe which provides many of the same functionality as jsonz, just quite better, should we update the README to deprecate this project?

It definitely will be a while before we internally at Banno are able to stop using jsonz, but new projects aren't using it anymore. So there will be a period of maintenance still.
