比如设置直播间某个用户UID为管理员，然后加入字符判断，如带/的指令才会被识别，以防止误触。非管理发送的/指令则不予理会。
然后识别管理员在直播间发送的弹幕关键词，比如/重启弹幕姬，重启成功后自动发送“弹幕姬重启成功”

希望房管可以通过发送弹幕修改自动回复的内容。比如已经设置了"!Game"的自动回复指令，可以通过发送弹幕 /set !Game 123 将自动回复的内容修改为123
