With mVars you can control your convars over mysql, but as a side note: every plugin need an update. And don't worry, this plugin has a fallback feature if your mysql instance should be down for some reasons.

Installation

• Upload the backup file mvars.cfg (addons/sourcemod/data/)
• Add config entry "mvars" in your databases.cfg (addons/sourcemod/configs)
• Upload mvars.smx into your plugins folder (addons/sourcemod/plugins)
