This extension hasn't been tested on Linux, and likely will use different commands to generate the SVN Blame

Yes, it doesn't work at Linux at all. There is erroneous svn command parsing and windows path separator \ instead of *nix /. / is portable and should work on windows too

I advice to use svn --xml instead of parsing lines.
I'll open a PR soon
