Hi, Sorry about late reply. We understand your urgent situation, not in detail but in glimpse. We do not want to make any benefit from our work because it is open-sourced project. I guess many errors what you encountered are from absense of several files(user.npy.. etc). We can offer these things if you want. And we will re-check installation guide in README for you guys.
