Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have only bluetooth headset connected to PC so you can hear sound from it (in my case it have mic and thus in output devices i have two 'modes': 1. stereo with no mic 2. phone for mic to work)
  2. Stop PC by any method: Sleep, Power Off, Restart...
  3. While PC disabled, plug-off headset or power it off. So headset will be disconected when PC starts.
  4. Start PC. See error. (You should have no available output devices according to point 1.)

Also crash error pops up three times in a row no matter what you click (yes, no or just closing it)
