Add Galaxy Camera support to repo

The EK-GC100 was just released. It has two download mode USBIDs to be added to /Heimdall/heimdall/source/BridgeManager.h

Download Mode Button Press:
Bus 001 Device 024: ID 04e8:685d Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd

I am not entirely sure about this one.. i inserted the 301Kohm Jig and only once, the screen went black with this USBID.
Bus 001 Device 014: ID 04e8:6860 Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd GT-I9100 Phone [Galaxy S II], GT-P7500 [Galaxy Tab 10.1]

I'd submit a pull request, but I suck at git.

Device is already supported (as far as I know) so I'm closing this issue.
