Midicontroller does not save scale setting on midi controls

When using the midicontroller and setting the scale property to On for a control, its state is not saved in the project file.
When you reopen the project, the scale values are all set to Off.

Steps To Reproduce

• Create a project with a MIDI controller.
• Connect a control.
• Set the Scale setting to On for the control.
• Save the project.
• Close Bespoke Synth.
• Reopen the project in Bespoke Synth.
• Check the Scale property.

Expected vs. actual behavior

The scale setting should be on, but it is off.
