Documentation mentions that there should be way to select startup directory (Restore folder on startup/Use Current/Use last path) however this option does not seem to be available in the program. I guess either code or documentation should be fixed :-).

Related options are now specific to each window.
So they were moved to Edit > Preferences > Configure this window....
One can set Home path and select Start-up directorry mode (No change / Restore Last Path / Home path)

This has to be fixed in documentation.
