The first chain-stitch is broken between the quires 2, 3, and 4.
The second chain-stitch is broken between the quires 3, 4 and 5. The outer edge of the front wooden board is broken and missing (5mm ca).
Some holes occurred during the manufacture of the parchment are present. The codex shows signs of intensive use (dirt in the bottom area of leaves).

The layout corresponds to the pattern I defined by D. Nosnitsin: the text is written above the first ruled line,
vertical pricks and horizontal pricks are visible and both are located in the margins.
Every bifolium has been pricked from the flesh side to the hair side.
Since the bifolia show the same irregularity in the lineup of the text pricks, probably the same template has been used.
