BetterRTX Experimental v1.2 and BetterRTX v1.1 Development Update

In case you hadn't seen the Discord post about it yet, we launched the following new features!:

Release 1.1:

Implemented emissives entities using texture alpha
Allowed reflected water caustics to appear when sunlight travels through clouds
Reduced emissive surface auto exposure weight to 1.0
Increased Volumetric Fog range from 50 to 128 blocks

Experimental 1.2:

Forced the usage of the primary instance mask for alpha test and irradiance cache rays. This is a port of the feature in the Prizma edit.
Implemented a method of dynamically changing the maximum irradiance cache history length during events such as weather transitions and sunsets.
Adjusted water parallax and extinction parameters.
Replaced reflection sharpen functionality, disabling denoising on surfaces with a roughness equal to 0 instead of increasing overall specular denoiser responsiveness.
Prevented visual artifacts with motion blur when motion vectors were too large by clamping to a max value.
Introduced some experimental tone mapping changes. Feedback is appreciated!
