loadTopAnatData: submit a background list of genes

To speed up queries, it would be cool to be able to submit a background list of genes through the webservice:

E.g.,: bg_list=gene_id,gene_id,...,gene_id in the URL.

• Problem: query has to be made with "post" method of curl, See libcurl R package
• Filename for cache: generate checksum of background list, add this hash to filename. Problem: if order of genes different, hash will change and data will be redownloaded

This is low priority...
