When running make html in the docs dir to generate the docs, I get the following warning:

writing output... [100%] validation-rules/missing_values_found
odm-validation/docs/specs/generate-validation-schema.md:11: WARNING: undefined label: '/specs/module-functions.md#validate_data'

I'm guessing the link-anchor isn't working/valid.
