When User is connected to Strava or GoogleFit services he should be notified about data synchronization in Notification component in Header

User should be notified about data synchronization with GoogleFit
Message Example: "Data synchronization with GoogleFit was successfully fulfilled"
User should be notified about data synchronization with Strava
Message Example: "Data synchronization with Strava was successfully fulfilled"
User should be notified about errors with data synchronization
Message Example: "Data synchronization with GoogleFit/Strava was unsuccessful. Please try again."
