Location on Public profile page doesn't match the saved location of the user under corresponding id, it is always Kyiv

Steps to reproduce

Pre-condition: User is logged in, his user_id is copied from DB

1. Open Public profile page https://live-in-motion-everyday.com/profile/public/{id} where id is the copied from DB
2. Pay attention to Location
3. Navigate to Personal Information, change location so that it is not Kyiv
4. Navigate to Public profile page
5. Pay attention to Location

Location on Public profile page doesn't match the saved location of the user under corresponding id, it is always Kyiv

What was the expected result?

Location on Public profile page matches the saved location of the user under corresponding id
