What happened?

When generating specimen labels, most had a number of 3 copies instead of 1, which should be and used to be the default. Test case: SDSU Vascular Plants, generate labels for collector "Pipkin." I had to change each 3 to a 1, unless I'm missing something. Also, it would be very convenient to be able to sort these labels intially by colletor/collection number. Is there a way to do that, can it be added as a feature?
