How do I open the application, I am on PC/Windows 10? I am new to this.

Have you tried following the instructions? https://github.com/Bios-Marcel/cordless#installing-on-windows

You might also be able to use the WSL Terminals on Windows 10 and follow the Linux installation instructions.

Assuming you have installed it already, all you have to do is run it via the terminal. Either just cordless if it's on your path or an absolute path to the binary. If that's too annoying for you, you can also create a small batch/powershell-script or a windows shortcut i think.

If you have installed via scoop, then it will already be on your path. And using scoop is the recommended way, since it will supply you with updates when running scoop update cordless, so you don't have to manually do updates.

But yeah, just do what @n4n0GH said first ;)
