What do you want

A status bar that shows certain things like current user.

Why

It would help differenciate different windows of cordless (with different accounts) running, and could be used to display other variables (eg status, nickname, mute/deafen status if voice chat comes out)

Implementation hints

Using a (toggleable) white background colour would help the bar pop out. Having it on the bottom would look better in my opinion.
