User missing from the autocomplete input after recently joining server

What happened

A user does not appear in the autocomplete input in cordless (build 2019.10.27-1), while appearing as expected in the regular discord client (version 0.0.10-2).

This user recently joined the server (< 15 minutes ago) and the server has a large amount of members (30k+) and can be joined here.

The user in question is Hannu#8215.

How do you reproduce this bug

I don't know how to reproduce the error outside of my machine and the specific server.

This is known and seems to be related to changes in the discord API. Supposedly they prevent harvesting of user data in this way. It only shows friends. This also broke in old versions of cordless in which it worked before. Also seems to not affect people with admin perms.
