Hotkey to switch to the previous buffer

What do you want

A key (combination?) to move back to the previous buffer (e.g. private message, channel)

Why

I often find myself talking in 2 channels, or in one channel and a private message. It is minorly annoying to switch back and forth - ideally I could just press TAB to go to the previous chat window (buffer).

Implementation hints

Showing the respective sidebar is probably a good idea - e.g. if switching from a channel to a private message, the left sidebar should now show the friends list rather than the channel/server list.
