リンクに関する修正のおわび #10

アンカーの動作なども修正しました。SUMMARYの書き方が若干不自然に思えますが，こうしないとGitHubでは正常にリンクとして機能しません。

として修正させていただきましたが，GitBooksとGitHubでアンカーの動作が異なるようで，GitBooksでの動作を保証する場合はもとの書き方が正しい書き方でした。また追って修正させていただきます。

（一貫性持たせてほしい…）
