gralde task exec comandline 在 virtualXposed 环境中无效吗？

你好，app build.gradle 中自动 kill app 和 重启 app 的 task 在 virtualXposed 环境中无效吗？
我在 android studio 中修改了 debug configuration 为 :app:installDebug，通过 android studio 安装到手机上，此时 task 是生效的，重启了指定的 app；
随后我通过 virtualXposed 把指定的 app 安装进来，然后把程序安装进来，在此环境中指定的 app 没有被重启。
是不是 vx 安装应用时，并不像 as 安装时执行了 :app:installDebug，所以导致了 gradle task 任务没运行？
环境：VirtualXposed_0.18.0.apk
