Hi @TEFDSF, to investigate your issue, we will need more detailed logs. Unfortunately the process of getting the logs can be a little bit complicated so I have prepared a video which will guide you through the process, you can take a look on it in here - BlenderKit: How to Get Detailed Logs. We appreciate your collaboration and will take a look on the logs as soon as possible once you send it to us. But we cannot debug without those. Looking forward for your reply. |
Hi @TEFDSF, we had few similar reports and we found the reasons. One reason for the failure might be Norton360 (or any other antivirus and/or firewall blocking daemon from starting or communicating over network). More information on comment: #534 (comment). As first help, try to disable antivirus and firewall, to see if that helps. If so, then enable them and give permissions to BlenderKit in the antivirus or firewall. Another reason might be broken installation, more information in here: #521 (comment). In this case please try to:
If the issue still persists, please let me know, we can investigate more together. |
Hi @agajdosi I have the same problem but on ArchLinux. Can you help me with that? |
Hi @Pelex132, the missing libcrypt.so.1 library is a problem we have seen before on Manjaro Linux - #93. In that case the problem was fixed by following instructuons on: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/691479/how-to-deal-with-missing-libcrypt-so-1-on-arch-linux. Please try it and let me know if that helped. |
