Add Donate button in Navbar

Add a donate button in navbar from which anyone can send funds to blocsoc multisig account. The SCW is omni-chain and can accept any token on the following networks:

• Ethereum Mainnet
• Polygon POS
• Arbitrum One
• Optimism
• Base
• polygon zkEVM
• Avalanche
• Gnosis

The donate button should pop a modal to connect the users waller. After that it should display the following steps:

• Dropdown to choose chain
• Dropdown to choose token
• Input box to Enter Amount
