  • Include ./tutorials/../README links to tutorials on E2L website
  • State that candidates need to reach out to admins via Telegram chat to authenticate reward

Still need to structure tutorials. Currently there's just a LessonPlan.md file in the new folder that was created called "Tutorial Bounties". This should be de-structured into designated .md files for each tutorial.

@antron3000 let's just fine tune the contents of what each looks like and I'll make the updates.
