PROJECT: Request SIlicon Salon 4 Participation
[needs to go out day we release SS3, maybe when we finalize]

We probably should have a tab for Call for Participation (or Call for Contribution?) in SiliconSalon.info, that is updated quarterly to point IACR and other announcement venues.
