Changelogs not visible

In the mod manager on the client, changelogs are displayed in the comment section of the add-on. They are not visible when viewing add-ons on the site.

on the /addon.php?id={integer} page, there doesn't seem to be anything implemented anywhere to fetch the changelog.

as for the changelogs being visible in the comment section, it looks intentional. https://github.com/BlocklandGlass/BlocklandGlass/blob/master/client/submodules/modmanager/addonPage.cs <- the code at line 465 i think is where changelogs show up.

perhaps these aren't bugs?
