[Bug] : Keep getting There was an error getting username!"

Describe the error in detail.

Every time i try to use a certain hack on the menu it tells me "There was an error getting username". I have looked everywhere with no answer and at the top of the menu it says "name: null". I also tried an other hack but was told there was a error getting user data. Im logged in and i have no clue why this wont work (SS for example:

I had the same issue, and I use the same device, and have just about the same screenshots as this user. Please fix this.
