CMake 2.8.12 not available on CentOS 5 (manylinux) #230

Manylinux docker images (used for building wheels for many python packages) are build on top op CentOS 5 (yes, EOL).

CMake 2.8.12 is not available for CentOS 5, so wheel building (pytable) is failing... :-(

That's unfortunate. I definitely need to check how to add support for CMake 2.8.12. Patches are welcome!

To whom it may concern: there are cmake wheels on PyPI, simply run: pip install cmake.
I hope it helps.
