To generate synthetic mesh models of the vascular tissue that can simulate the noisy surfaces reconstructed from tissue samples, we would like to integrate a noise function that displaces the faces (or vertices) on the surface of the resulting meshes in a randomized manner. The function is simulat to the rough surface in NMV.
