Based on the minimal information I'm not really sure what you're suggesting isnt' working. Do you have an error log, a screenshot, sample markdown or pdf files that I can use to understand the problem better? I used the markdown you provided, threw it through the tool and it looks fine to me (screenshot below). I haven't used any additional configuration, just a basic mdpdf test.md.

I'm not really sure what else might not be working for you, if you're able to send some more detailed information I'd be happy to take a look. If that is the case then feel free to re-open the issue.

Actually I can't seem to replicate this issue. I had multiple h2 headers breaking on me that night while rendering correctly on the preview. If I somehow encounter the same issue I'll reopen it.
