MWH Custom Interchanges completely broken #116

The entire Custom Interchanges menu item for MHW is completely empty. Tabbing through it just leaves you with a red arrow every time.

HID re-indexing relocated the HID that was being referenced by the icon exemplar. Fixed with update to NetworkAddonMod_HighwayInterchanges.dat.
