RUL issue plus separate cosmetic issue. Reported by fefenc at SC4D.

The cosmetic issue is that the UV mapping is wrong on the model. RUL issue appears workable with clickaround, but shows signs of instability.

Cosmetic issue fixed with update to NetworkAddonMod_RoadViaducts_Draggable.dat.
