Compatibility with new RHW components and MandelSoft Euro/Ontario textures

Known issue, as MandelSoft has ceased development, and lack of resources to fix it. Interim solution (more appropriate for Ontario set users than Euro users) is to use the default US texture set.

At present, it looks like the most viable solution entails using Photoshop Actions to produce Euro and Dark Asphalt (Ontario) textures based upon the default texture set included in the RHW, and leaving the continued development of the existing MandelSoft sets to any interested third-party post-NAM 33.
