This updates the 'Unban Player' player list when you ban someone. It also actually update the ban list when you use the refresh button.

I might just not be doing it properly. When i go to pull request i cant make a branch or put in any code. I looked it up and it says you need to be part of the organization or be a contribor. If you can, please explain to me how to create a pull request

just fork it, do your changes locally, and then create a pull request, github should do the rest itself.
