Plugin Version needs to be reset

As the plugin is generated from the boilerplate, the version of the plugin should be reset back to version 1.0.0 no mater the version the boilerplate has it at when updated.

So the version in the plugin header, the public $version variable in the main file and where @since is placed thorugh out the whole of the boilerplate.
