Potential bug or integration error reported by user:

The way the getresponse-form tag works is intended. It is not meant to work as a JS, the embed code is replaced with a form when the web connect code triggers it, so there is no error here.

As for the code being erased - this is beyond your control, so make sure you reach out to the support team of the service you use to add the code to the page.

I also tried replicating the described error on:

https://www.funfundfun.com/partnersprosper/

and the form remains put regardless of which link I click (((*CAVEAT: NOT THE CASE FOR ME; I wonder if you'd be willing to test on your side ?)))

If the issue still occurs please provide a screenshot or recording of it.

(((*I've since written them back, showing the challenge yet remains...)))

User Reported:

The form on my site seems to need to continuously be refreshed (*shift + refresh) in order to show on Chrome & Safari... Which won't serve, when pot'l clients visit my pages. Hoping there's some work-around.

(*If I could easily insert a directive, like "if this form doesn't display, pls refresh your page" line, I would... Tho not seeing a place / way to do that --- ambient the form field & sans botching other elements up.)

Using Javascript code snippet from GetResponse form.

(*I've got a GR integration installed, tho it apparently doesn't integrate with this form type... So it's not being utilized.)

(((*I can't get the form to load at all now on Chrome, no matter how many times I refresh.)))

For days, the form's been loading (*when I refresh) on Safari... Tho today, in utilizing Chrome... Challenges with the form displaying at all surfaced.

When I DO manage to refresh (*until the form appears) -- on Safari & Chrome -- no such bulge presents.

Also when the page is loading I can see a box that looks like it is supposed to be the form background but then it quickly disappears. I am seeing that on both Chrome and Firefox.

It's just a code snippet (*which spits out on the other side of "saving" the newly minted form)... No other directives of any kind. (*In the past, on another non-BG / WP site builder, I added the tiniest bit of code to make the javascript more html friendly... And the form worked as intended thereafter. Not sure what to do with this WP / BG instance tho.

I know WordPress is typically a little more sensitive about using js elements outside the head/foot of a page but I'm not sure if that is the case. I don't know of anything we'd specifically be doing that would cause that. would you mind sharing the embed code so I can see if it works on a standard blank WordPress site?

CHALLENGE 1: A GetResponse form (non-legacy type form; a ‘new’ type form) — loaded on FunFundFun.com/partnersprosper — auto-erases the form code (once inserted) from the page code, upon “saving” the page. The form itself seems to still display (when loaded on browsers), tho if any other page edits / page “saves” happen (without reinserting the form code again), then the form fails to display (*when loaded on browsers).

While I (having “learned” about this glitch) can certainly keep reinserting the form code — every time I make any additional “page save” action, still, I feel concerned (like “the ground’s shaky & can’t be trusted to reliably, predictably serve my form to page visitors”)… And so, I share with you, in hopes you’ll be equipped to “crack the code” on the glitch (*so it can be set to flying straight / reliably predictably loading up & displaying the form ‘forevermore’).

CHALLENGE 2: The 'new' form, on the page FunFundFun.com/partnersprosper presents an add'l challenge... Namely, when I click on a link (on the same page, a link set to link with an anchor link on the page), it causes the Web Form to Disappear from Displaying on the Page. [Not to be confused with the form code disappearing -- when saving the page in my web editor... Tho true, yes, of yet another (*See "CHALLENGE 1," above) type of dysfunction / disappearing act...]

[*The form's not able to serve the intended / key function on my page unless it remains displayed when the links (*which anchor link to the place on the page where the form's intended to situate / where the form code snipped went inserted) go pressed / selected / engaged. This glitch renders the 'new' form / BoldGrid NOT functional for my needs.]

I appreciate you -- in advance -- for devising a stealthy coding solution.

**CONTEXT & COMPLETE FORM CODE DiRECTiVES (*in SCREENSHOTS, ATTACHED) ~**

*PAGE URL (WHERE I INTEND FOR THE FORM TO DiSPLAY):
https://www.funfundfun.com/partnersprosper

[*AGAiN: The form DOES display, even while the form code disappears instantly -- upon saving the page edits ONCE. (((*Tho if I make any further, non-form-related page edits & save again... The form fails to display at all on the intended URL... Which necessitates reinsertion of the form code)))... Tho when any of the (*numerous) page links (*links linking to the anchor links ambient the form) go selected... NO Form displays / goes displayed.)]

*ANCHOR LiNKS (Which -- when selected -- display NO Form):

(((*Awesome Andy, from BoldGrid, DiD do some "blank installs" -- on blank pages -- of the form, & thereby replicated the errors.)))

All constituents of which went installed on my BoldGrid Crio Page Builder site several weeks back.

PS~In order to "keep on with developing / launching my site," despite the latter Disappearing-Form Challenge/s... I've relegated Evidence of the Errors to this new (*duplicated) page... https://funfundfun.com/partnersprosperfix

[*Clicking on links which link to the form anchor link will still jump you to the "missing / disappeared" form on funfundfun.com/partnersprosper... Which remains "broken"... Tho I'm changing the other links (*originally set to link to the Form Anchor Link section of the page) now to direct to a new webpage... Bearing the 'new' form, front & center, sans any need to click a link linking to an anchor link. (((*aka: CREATiNG AN iNTERiM WORKAROUND, pending a forthcoming & actual "code fix.")))]
