Adjust spacing between elements in the UI

Current behavior

Currently some elements in the UI are very closed to each other, which cause the UI to look odd.

Other than that, the settings page seem to have too many empty spaces which make the app feel inconsistent.

Expected behavior

The spacing of the elements in the UI should be adjusted so that everything spread out evenly.

I'm not sure if this is the correct way to do this but didnt want to create a new issue since it falls under this one. I'm running a Samsung note 10 plus and the keyboard covers half of the line being edited. I am unable to scroll down for the full line to be visible while typing.

@njakes Sorry for the late response. Could you create an issue with the screenshot? I think the problem you said is a different issue.

I couldn't finish this in v0.4.0. But I'll deal with this in v0.5.0.
