Basic info

  • Type: functional
  • Reproduce: 10/10
  • App: Boost Note 0.4.1(for Android)
  • Conditions:
    • keyboard: convertable(ex: Google 日本語入力)

Operation to reproduce

  1. Write someting at a line(α)
  2. Move to another line
  3. Back to (α)
  4. Type something

Expected behavior

The carret locates on right side of the typed character and stays there after operation 4.

Current behavior

The carret goes left after operation 4.

Note

  1. This behavior will NOT disappear after restart Android or reinstall Boost Note.
  2. This behavior will not appear on empty line.

@work-work-koba You could look into the root of the issue, and attempting to fix it in the code.

Another option would be to fund this issue on IssueHunt. That way you incentivize other developers to provide a solution to this issue.

This issue should be from the legacy mobile app. And the new mobile app did have the same issue but we've fixed it already.
