Cannot drag or move BoostNote on (v0.14.1) macOS Catalina 10.15.2

Current behavior

Unable to drag the window anywhere. I can resize it and toggle fullscreen.

Expected behavior

I should be able to move the window around on my desktop.

• Boost Note.next version: 0.14.1
• OS version and name: macOS Catalina 10.15.2

Seems to me that on macOS electron had some issues before: electron/electron#5678, electron/electron#3329, and https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33505485/frameless-window-not-draggable-mac-osx.

Can you see if any of the cases apply to you? Maybe updating the OS version could help?
