Checkbox in table cell

Github Markdown has a feature of having checkbox in markdown.
It is not available in Boostnote yet.

Also might be related, or I might be missing something, but I can't seem to get a list inside a table?

Probably related if with "list" you mean <ul><li>...</li></ul>.
