Add a lock button to the Preview mode

Well, Boostnote is great, but most of times I just want to review my old note. When I enter to edit mode and press Crtl+B I nearly reach my desire. I wish it has a lock button to keep my note stay on review mode, and it would be great if it takes me just 1 click to get that.
Is this feature worth it?

Actually it's what I called "nearly reach my desire" above. We have a "lock" button for edit mode but not the preview mode. What I want is we can either lock the edit mode and preview mode

I get what you mean now, after trying a few things. Is this what it should look like if review mode is locked?

I think it's a bug, but if you close the app while it's in preview mode and restart it again you should be able to see the eye next to the toggle.
You can only lock it right after restarting though- if you click on the toggle before locking, the app will go back to it's normal behaviour. Also, if you toggle to split view while preview is locked, toggling again would produce locked editor mode.
It's a workaround but I think it solves your issue.

Adding this lock button on the preview mode would indeed be a nice addition.
