Zoom not setting correctly when reopening the App

Current behavior

If I set the zoom level at anything other than 100%, close the app, and reopen it, if I set the zoom to 100% nothing happens, I have to set it so something else, and then to 100%.

Expected behavior

The zoom level should set correctly to 100% after an app relaunch.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set zoom to value !=100%
2. Close and reopen Boostnote
3. Try to set zoom to 100%
4. It doesn't work

• Version : Boostnote 0.11.17
• OS Version and name : macOS 10.14.5

Issue can be reproduced on Linux.

Same here. I am on Mac10.15 and Boostnote 0.16.1. This issue has been bothering me for some long time.
