Current behavior

The installer does not ask the user whether they want a 'Boostnote' icon on their desktop during installation. This practice is fairly commonplace and should help users who can't locate their Boostnote installation (like in issue #3053).

Suggested Feature

Add a checkbox (default checked) to the installer that allows the user to select whether they want a Boostnote desktop icon. My reasoning for checking it by default is that users who don't pay attention might be the ones who need the icon most.
