Currently the sac_year_type_calc() function has two "hard coded" ways to create the Sacramento year type index. One uses an equation based on Sacramento 4-gage data and the other uses a decision tree fit on Colorado River data.
The methods used to develop these calculations should be documented in the package. I'm thinking through a vignette.
